At the Board of Directors meeting held on 10 August 2011 it was resolved to:

1. Reschedule effective date of de-amalgamation to 1 December 2011. This decision being taken in anticipation that legislation, which would facilitate de-amalgamation of NSW licensed clubs (including provisions relating to exemption from gaming machine forfeiture and stamp duty costs), may be introduced by the NSW Government in the current parliamentary sitting.
2. Instruct Club's solicitor to make application to ASIC to delay the requirement to hold AGM and annual election until 42 days after de-amalgamation is implemented. If approved by ASIC, this year's AGM is likely to be held in mid January 2012.
3. Following advice from the Tura Beach Steering Committee that the new TBCC will not accept the transfer of the existing Professional Golfer Contract, the Board finalised details relating to the necessary termination of the Professional Golfer Contract, including payment of $75,000 as compensation for the early termination of this existing multi-year agreement.
4. Confirm the Restricted Golf membership category is only open to those persons who do not hold a handicap with another club.
5. Authorise the Chairman to sign the Voluntary Planning Agreement with BVSC and Merimbula Nominees on behalf of the Club, relating to the proposed public road through vacant land at rear of the Club's Merimbula site.
6. Approve the purchase of a new Shaving and De-Thatching Reel for Merimbula bowling greens ($1,848) and the relocation of existing item to Tura bowling greens.
7. Investigate the merits of a Junior Bowls Scholarship Program after the Merimbula Bowls Development Officer commences employment.
8. Approve Community Development Support Expenditure Category Two (CDSE Cat 2) donations and sponsorships for Merimbula Knights Cricket Club, Dakota Taylor (Women's Football), and complimentary room hire for 19 local community not-for-profit organizations.
9. Approve 94 new and transferring memberships comprising:
   1. Social & Staff Members - 82
   2. Gym Junior - 4
   3. Country Golf -3
   4. Tennis Junior - 1
   5. Golf - 1
   6. Golf Cadet - 1
   7. TBCC Bowling - 2
