At the Board of Directors meeting held on 25 January 2012 it was resolved:

1. Due to a delay in the Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) considering the application to transfer MIBC Ltd's licence for its Tura venue to TBCC Ltd, the Board resolved to further delay de-amalgamation until CLGCA finalises this approval. This is now expected to occur by end of February.
2. Following a request from the Merimbula Imlay Men's Bowling Club Management Committee for the Board to consider the merits of a Non Smoking Policy being introduced on or around bowling greens, the Board resolved to provide the Ladies and Men's Management Committees with a pertinent policy from Bowls Australia and to seek the Committees views on the potential introduction of that policy.
3. Adopt the following six Board Committees for 2011/12:

4. Approve Category 2 ClubGRANTS for Bega Valley Relay for Life, Sapphire Coast Turf Club, and complimentary room hire for 18 not-for-profit community organisations.

5. Approve 295 new and transferring memberships comprising:

   • TBCC Country Golf/MIBC Social - 4
   • Student Golf/MIBC Social - 1
